MisuraEmme: The Elegance of Custom Furniture

MisuraEmme showcases its exceptional design expertise by furnishing an entire apartment, overcoming architectural constraints to meet the client’s needs.

In a prestigious historic building in the heart of Milan, MisuraEmme crafted bespoke furniture for both the living and sleeping areas. The highlight of the project is the Pivot Door, a divider seamlessly integrated into the 00 boiserie. Thanks to a design that alternates solid and open spaces in perfect continuity, the door visually disappears while maintaining both functionality and elegance. Equipped with an integrated handle on both sides, it allows for practical and versatile use. The 00 boiserie is further enriched with vertical glass display cases, transforming it into both a decorative and functional element.

The boiserie extends into the kitchen, where it adapts elegantly to the lowered ceiling.

In the living area, the Puzzle system stands out with matching finishes, combining display units and suspended storage elements.

The millerighe motif continues into the night area, decorating the bathroom doors and the Ghiroletto bed boiserie. An innovation in the night area is the concept of integration: the Palo Alto Free structure acts as a portal to access the open wardrobe without doors, composed of the Palo Alto I-Box. To adapt to the room's geometry, design adjustments such as reduced depths and 45° cuts for the shelves with eco-leather tops were introduced.

Innovation extends further with the First doors, crafted from woven cane with a zero-profile frame, which elegantly enclose the Palo Alto I-Box. The lightweight and refined design is enhanced by the Shantung silk interior finish. These doors, also integrated into the bridge between two modules, offer a space-saving solution that combines functionality and elegance in the most compact areas.

In this project, MisuraEmme once again demonstrates its ability to combine aesthetics and engineering precision, offering tailor-made solutions that harmoniously integrate with the existing architecture. Innovative design, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail make each environment a unique expression of elegance and personalization.
